A good CV shouldn’t depend on how well you write.
Most people are good at their jobs and bad at describing them. We built Shortlisted so you can explain what you do in your own words, and get back a CV that does you justice.
What we stand for
Built for people who hate writing about themselves
Carers going back to work, nurses between shifts, people changing career, people writing in a second language. You can just talk, and we turn what you say into a CV that reads well.
Your facts, never invented ones
Our AI only writes what you’ve told it. It rephrases your experience in strong, professional language, but it never adds jobs, numbers or achievements you didn’t give it.
Free to build, fair to download
You can make your whole CV and see it before paying anything. When you do pay, the short pass never renews itself behind your back.
Your CV is yours
We don’t sell your details, and you can delete your account and everything in it whenever you like.
